1. Loss of Excess Weight 

Despite honey containing calories and many sugars, honey actually boosts our bodies metabolism thus aiding weight loss. This is why doctors recommend staying off all sugar-based sweeteners, except honey!

Tip : Add a tablespoon of honey with warm water and squeeze fresh lemon into it. You may add blackseed oil or cinnamon for additional effect. Take this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Honey has been used traditionally for several stomach ailments and now there is scientific evidence showing that honey is an antiseptic and thus prevents various diseases associated with the digestive tract.
