Despite honey containing calories and many sugars, honey actually boosts our bodies metabolism thus aiding weight loss. This is why doctors recommend staying off all sugar-based sweeteners, except honey!
Tip : Add a tablespoon of honey with warm water and squeeze fresh lemon into it. You may add blackseed oil or cinnamon for additional effect. Take this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
2. Healthier Stomach
Tip : Have a tablespoon of raw honey after your meal for easy digestion or mix it in a glass of milk or warm water to combat acidity.
3. Lower Cholesterol
Honey has zero cholesterol and in fact daily consumption of honey has been shown to lower cholesterol. The anti-oxidants, vitamins and other constituent components we are only beginning to understand have a beneficial effect in fighting excess cholesterol.

Tip : Use high quality raw honey (forest honey) and spread it evenly across your face. Leave it on for 15-45 minutes. Rinse off.
